Falcons are known for their incredible speed and agility, and usually feed on smaller birds, which they dive at and capture
in mid-air.

CRESTED CARACARA

The Crested Caracara is the National Bird of Mexico.

Genetically it is classified as a falcon, but it's behavior and nesting patterns are more similar to those of ground dwelling birds.

The merlin and crested caracara are in the falcon family.
